Day 57 – A short post because my arms hurt.
After business trips across the country and a nasty ear infection, I was back in the gym today for the first time in three weeks.
Two months into my boxing fitness class at Fight Club University, I was shedding pounds, bulking up and feeling great. I wasn’t just making it through the hour workout, I was begging for more.
Not today. Three weeks off the wagon kicked my butt.
High knees, butt kicks, lunges, side lunges, 480 jumping jacks, tire shuffles, tire steps, sit downs, sledgehammer slams (or whatever you call them), jump rope and then bags. I literally threw up in my mouth.
It’s easy to get off the wagon. When you do, just jump back on. That’s what I’m doing this week. I’ll let you know how it goes.
